Jazzercise is a combination of aerobic exercise and dance fitness that is available for all ages and fitness levels. 

 

Our instructors are trained to mix in new moves with hit music so classes are always different, keeping your workouts fresh and challenging.

 

Jazzercise fuses cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and modern dance. Plus, we offer different formats for the variety you need to stay motivated and break through plateaus.
